Culturally Grounded Healing & Learning
Land, Story, and Relational Teachings
Culture is not a performance. It is lived, remembered, and carried through relationship.
The Culturally Grounded Healing & Learning Workshop is a trauma-informed, culturally rooted experience that invites participants to slow down, listen, and engage with teachings that centre land, story, and relational responsibility.
This workshop is designed for communities, organizations, and workplaces seeking learning that moves beyond surface-level cultural awareness toward respectful understanding, accountability, and connection.
Teachings are shared through lived experience, story, reflection, and dialogue — not lectures — and are offered in a way that honours boundaries, consent, and the diversity of Indigenous cultures and experiences.
