Storytelling for Healing & Identity
2-Day Trauma-Informed Workshop
Stories shape how we understand ourselves, our communities, and our healing. When stories are held with care, they become medicine rather than burden.
The Storytelling for Healing & Identity Workshop is a 2-day, trauma-informed workshop designed for communities, organizations, frontline workers, educators, and leaders seeking healing, connection, and meaningful expression through story.
This workshop offers a safe, respectful space to explore personal and collective stories without pressure to perform or disclose more than feels right. Participants are guided through reflection, writing, and listening practices that honour boundaries, choice, and emotional safety.
Storytelling is approached as both a healing practice and a relational tool — strengthening identity, restoring voice, and building understanding within groups and communities.
What Participants Gain
• Trauma-informed approaches to storytelling and reflection

• Tools to reclaim voice and strengthen identity
• Safe listening and witnessing practices
